Electoral Roll

The Electoral Roll is a list of all those who are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting. It's one way in which you can really play your part as an active contributor to the life of the church.

Anyone can be on the Electoral Roll who
  • is baptised and aged 16 or over;
  • is
    • a member of the Church of England and resident in the parish;
      OR
    • a member of the Church of England and, not being resident in the parish, has habitually attended public worship in the parish during the previous six months;
      OR
    • a member of a church not in communion with the Church of England which subscribes to the doctrine of the Holy Trinity and has also habitually attended public worship in this parish during the previous six months.
(Note that the word 'parish' here means ecclesiastical parish.)

The Electoral Roll is fully revised every six years, but in the intervening years, you can apply to join at any time.  In order to join you must fill in an application form. If you have any questions about membership of the Electoral Roll please approach Revd David Brown or one of the Congregational Leaders. You could also email electoralroll@warfield.org.uk.

If you would like to join the Electoral Roll, you can get to the application form here.

Download the form, print it out, complete it by hand, and post it or deliver it by hand to:
